Refund and Returns Policy

At Lucent Vero Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our policy below for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unusedin its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Items that cannot be returned include:

  • Products marked as final sale
  • Used or damaged items not due to our error
  • Personal care items, if opened

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at info@lucentvero.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The item(s) you wish to return
    • Reason for the return
  2. Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.


3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective, damaged, or sent in error.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please:

  1. Return the original item for a refund
  2. Place a new order for the item you want

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@lucentvero.com
  • Include photos of the item and packaging, along with your order number
  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days:

  1. Check your bank or credit card account again
  2. Contact your credit card company or bank — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  3. If you’ve done all this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@lucentvero.com
